My first meal in Guadalajara. I enjoyed their all you can eat breakfast buffet for 360 pesos. I got a good seat and there was quite a few options for food. Id say you can definitely get your moneys worth but I didn’t that day because I ready to take a nap. The environment is nice with plants and trees like a jungle feel. Staff were great and the music was at a tolerable level to make the atmosphere feel good. There were American and Mexican options plus fruits and vegetables.

Four of us came for the breakfast today. I can't say enough good things about this restaurant. The atmosphere , the service , the food, everything was outstanding. There are so many options, two of us are vegetarian and there were plenty of dishes we could enjoy. The green juice was delicious, as well as the hot chocolate. Our server was extremely attentive without being bothersome. The decor and ambiance are amazing! Sitting by the waterfall was the best. There's valet parking available.

Came here for a wedding reception and was so impressed by the atmosphere, the setup, food, service. It’s a lovely space with lots of distinct areas. Former home of the US Consul General in Guadalajara.

The best place to eat in Guadalajara. My personal favorite. This location is huge. There was a line outside, however once we checked in, there was no wait to be seated, no wait to get our food, buffet style breakfast. Service was superb and the variety of food was like no other. Comparable to a “Mexican” Vegas buffet. The atmosphere was like a tropical wonderland. You will not be disappointed.

Santo Coyote is an oasis within Guadalajara. We came here for breakfast, the food is delicious and the atmosphere is truly one of a kind. Our waiter, Ulises, was very accommodating and friendly, helping everyone in our family feel welcome. As soon as we walked in, he offered us local garments to keep us from the cold. I loved the chilaquiles and the tacos. Truly a worthwhile experience!!

The place is so huge, in fact the only neutral to negative criticism I have is that they are unable to make use of the space so it feels very empty despite there being plenty of business most weekends. But the atmosphere is undeniably beautiful, with the orange vaulted ceilings the wall of skulls and the jungle infused dining areas Something that's really cool as they always start the meal with a molcajete and they make a salsa to order. One thing that's kind of annoying though is that sometimes they'll have the cocktail menu with pictures and beautiful description and sometimes they don't have it at all. It doesn't make any sense because all the cocktails are delicious and in the three times we've been here there hasn't been rhyme or reason as to why it's not there.

Amazing ambience, so beautiful. Lots of seating space outside with lot of shade. Beautiful place. Food is excellent, great selection and very flavorful. There’s an eggs stand for breaks fast buffet where you can get your eggs made per your liking. Lot of toppings and meat pairing for quesadillas, tacos, Gorditas, toastadas. Everything is so good here. Staff and service is just wonderful. Breakfast buffet include black coffee & fresh juices as well. Don’t miss this place if you are in Guadalaraja. It was featured on NYT as well.

As soon as you step inside, your welcomed by the staff and an amazing bar. With a great display of Tequilas and other spirits. We were seated in the wall of skulls. What an amazing space with its tall ceiling, lanterns and lighting. The food is amazing as well as the drinks. I ordered bone marrow, fresh salsa verde and a Paloma. Please visit the 2nd floor museum and mural area! Thank you Santo Coyote! A
